airbrushing a base? common sense prevails
Sylvie explained to me that there is no point trying to airbrush over wrinkly skin. So avoid the eye area, and also do all your corrective make up ( with touche eclat etc.,) first, then and only then do you go over the top with your silicone airbrush base and it pulls it all together and glosses it. i have found this works on both older skins and on bad skins, and because with bad blemish skins one can airbrush the blusher on top it doesn't disturb the base so it stays looking pristine. repairs can be done on top on set with a brush - no problem. The temptu primer is very good and skin takes the base very well. Best powder though for on set is by far and away the ketts pressed powder, this is very fine, and tho it looks a scary white colour, it doesn't build up at all. its unbelievably sheer. Temptu powder is also fab but difficult to use on set because its loose!
